How often should I use this?

The trigger of acne eruption is 99% occurred due to internal causes only. Hence we strongly recommend making changes in your lifestyle as per our nutritional guidelines for faster and permanent results.

Here are our nutritional guidelines:

1. Drink 3-4 liters of water daily as it helps to flush out toxins and is mandatory to get rid of pimples.

2. If you are a non-vegetarian, pause consuming chicken and egg for the next month as these two are the main reasons for Hormonal Acne.

3. Completely avoid eating junk food and oily fried food as oily foods aggravate acne.

4. Take fresh fruit juices without sugar at least 1 glass a day. (Sugar and milk can also aggravate acne)

5. Have a decent volume of cucumbers or water-rich fruits and veggies in a day.

6. Try to drink ABC juice daily. (Apple, Beetroot, and Carrot juice)

7. It is recommended to drink Green Tea.

8. Try to sleep on the floor with a thin bedspread. Sleeping in the bed will induce body heat as it also increases the chances of getting acne.
